You must never open or break the seal on this envelope. USCIS strictly rejects any medical forms if the seal is tampered with or opened before submission. You will receive a separate, unsealed copy of your completed results for your personal records while keeping the original sealed envelope safe for your legal representative or direct submission to USCIS.
